چکیده

Consecutive tomato monoculture cropping (CTM) obstacles severely restrict the development of facility industry in China. However, effect CTM on soil fungal community greenhouses is still unclear. Here, we aim to identify variation chemical properties and associated with for 1, 3, 5, 9 13 cycles. The results indicated that led a significant increase total phosphorus (TP) electrical conductivity (EC) value. CTM, though, significantly increased diversity, yet also imbalance compositions. Specifically, beneficial fungus, Chaetomiaceae, decreased at CTM13, while several pathogenic fungi, including Fusarium Cladosporium, CTM13. A redundancy analysis (RDA) EC value, pH TP had greater impact structure. Structural-equation-model (SEM) that, when compared CTM3–CTM9, decline fruit fresh weight per plant (TFFW) CTM13 might be related Cladosporium. Thus, appropriately decreasing fungi enhancing under system crucially important sustainable production greenhouses.

Effects of consecutive monoculture of Pseudostellaria heterophylla on soil fungal community as determined by pyrosequencing

Under consecutive monoculture, the biomass and quality of Pseudostellaria heterophylla declines significantly. In this study, a three-year field experiment was conducted to identify typical growth inhibition effects caused by extended monoculturing of P. heterophylla. Deep pyrosequencing was used to examine changes in the structure and composition of soil fungal community along a three-year gra...

Soil physical properties, soil carbon dioxide fluxes, and soil drainage dynamics of select bioenergy cropping systems

Bioenergy cropping systems have been proposed as a way to enhance United States energy security. However, research on soil physical properties, soil-surface CO2 effluxes, and soil drainage dynamics in such systems is needed to ensure environmental sustainability in the field. The objective of our research was to evaluate soil physical properties and conditions as well as soil-surface CO2 efflux...

Structure and composition of bacterial and fungal community in soil under soybean monoculture in the Brazilian Cerrado

Soybean is the most important oilseed cultivated in the world and Brazil is the second major producer. Expansion of soybean cultivation has direct and indirect impacts on natural habitats of high conservation value, such as the Brazilian savannas (Cerrado). In addition to deforestation, land conversion includes the use of fertilizers and pesticides and can lead to changes in the soil microbial ...
